How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

The chat feature is on our website. It’s the best way to get our attention last minute for an order change. Also emailing us is another way to try and change an order but please do it in this order. On the Title of the email write "URGENT ORDER CHANGE". Add all the information include order number, use the chat feature as well. We ship orders as fast as we can. Can I Exchanged an item?

You can absolutely exchange your item for a different size. Exchanging the item will be free of charge to you. It still must be within the return policy of 30 days to exchange. The exchange must uphold the return requirements in order to take place. Please take a look at our return policy. 

Why was my order delayed or canceled?

If you have left items in the shopping cart for to long, this can occur. for the item you wanted is probably out of stock for the moment and needs to be restocked.

Can I send back Bathing suits or bodysuits?

Bathing suits and bodysuits are now returnable items. They must have the tags still on and keep protection slips on the crotch area on bathing suits. Please uphold our return policy. 

How do I track my order?

If your order has a tracking number ( It's your decision to have one), It will show up in your order Email and follow-ups.

How Long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your refunded items and they are in Returning Standards. You should Get your Refund Within three to Seven Business days.

My Coupon or Discount Code is not working?

If your Code is not working, Check the expiration date and if that don't work. Contact Us Via Chat feature on the website or Email us at
